Preamble
This Adonis acoustic was sent in on October 24, 2025 in really bad shape. As the soundhole label is missing, the only identifying characteristic is the headstock logo. Besides obvious finish damage, there are several other issues that need to be addressed.

Headstock Face and Fretboard
The headstock face is grimy and dusty, and besides the "Adonis" logo, features six really rusty tuning machines. The bound hardwood fretboard, meanwhile, is infested with grime, and houses 21 badly tarnished frets. Fretboard inlays are offset pearloid dots. Perhaps the most pressing issue here is extremely high action in the upper registers, a direct result of the "sunken" fretboard.

Body - Top
Besides a badly blistered clear coat, the top on this acoustic exhibits widespread discoloration and a completely bare patch of wood, right below the hardwood bridge. Making matters worse are the warped areas above and below the soundhole, which has resulted in delamination.

Hardwood Bridge
This acoustic features a hardwood bridge, a compensated saddle and cream bridge pins with black dots. Thanks to belly bulge, though, the bridge has started to lift on both sides and also the back. I reckon we'll be flattening this bulge, and then detach and reglue the bridge.

Body - Back
The back, like the sides, is finished in nearly opaque dark brown. The neck features a similar finish, and sports a stylish cream heel cap. Finish-wise, the back of the headstock and neck are in much better shape than the back of the body. Besides a badly blistered finish, the back suffers from dings, scratches and chipping.
