CG192S Headstock
The Yamaha CG192S headstock is African Mahogany, and features a three-layered headplate. This layering creates faux binding when viewed from the side. Tuners are gold, with synthetic horn buttons.

African Mahogany Neck
The neck, like the headstock, is African Mahogany. Unlike the glossy top, back and sides on this guitar, the neck features a matte finish. The neck heel, meanwhile, is decorated with what appears to be an ebony heel cap.

CG192S Fretboard
The CG192S features an unbound ebony fretboard with a 25.6" scale length, 19 frets, and white side dots. The well seated nut is urea, and approximately 2" wide.
