In the short video below, we take a look at a BLW Prima LP-style solidbody. Purchased new more than a year ago, it had been badly neglected and allowed to fall into ruin. Life on the east coast is tough on musicians. Salt air from the South China Sea wreaks havoc on both metallic as well as electronic components. The whitish powder you see in the video is actually sea salt. The good news about this relatively inexpensive guitar is that solid wood has been used for the body and neck, while the fretboard is genuine rosewood; not some cheapo hardwood stained to look like the real thing.
