Fender Custom Shop Fat '50s Stratocaster® Pickups

This set of Fender Custom Shop Fat '50s Stratocaster® Pickups is now residing in a 2002 Fender Standard Stratocaster® owned by local muso, chef extraordinaire; and all-round nice guy Aduka Sariat.

All I can say about these pickups is "classic Fender tone." Here are three YouTube videos that should amply demonstrate what I'm talking about:

Basically, these single-coil pickups come as a calibrated set of three (white covers only) with a reverse-wound middle pickup. They feature formvar magnet wire, staggered "hand-beveled" Alnico 5 pole pieces, fiber bobbins, vintage cloth-covered leads; and installation hardware (pickup height screws and rubber tubing).

There's also a handy wiring diagram provided which will help you tell the difference between the neck and bridge pickups (both feature black and white leads). The bottom of the neck pickup is marked with a blue dot, and the bridge; red. Identifying the middle pickup should be a breeze as it features yellow and black leads.
