This update documents progress made as photographed from September 5 to September 14 (today). You might recall that color coating was taken care of on September 4. The next day saw me laying down clear coats (Samurai 1/128). After letting the final coat cure for about a week, wet sanding commenced. The back of the neck was then polished by hand, and the fretboard conditioned with lemon oil. Finally, this EG-420B was set up with D'Addario XL120s, as per the owner's request. And that's about it, folks. The last two pics you see were taken this afternoon.
