Image Gallery B
Here's the second part of the Bacchus BJB-1-RSM J-Style Bass image gallery. If you look closely at the electronics, you'll see that someone has been busy with a soldering iron. There are several malformed solder blobs, the ground wire connecting all three pot casings has been desoldered, and there's a burn mark on the neck pickup's negative lead. However, as the electronics are still working as they should, there's no cause for worry. You'll also notice that there's copper foil shielding in the control cavity. I do not think that this is factory-issue, but rather an upgrade by a previous owner. That's about it as far as electronics is concerned, then. Moving on, I've gone ahead and reprofiled the nut, dressed the fret ends, polished the frets, completed setup and put this Bacchus BJB-1-RSM through its paces. Yes, folks, I'm a happy man.
