Yamaha F310 Acoustic Needs Some Help

Here's a Yamaha F310 acoustic that has not been played in a long time. The fretboard and bridge have dried out, while the frets are badly tarnished. Although the owner has requested a "Pro Setup," I steer him away from that ambiguous and often misleading term. In its stead, I offer him a setup that will address whatever issues that need to be taken care of, no more and no less.
