This Kawai MIJ folk guitar came in with the
Yamaha F-310 featured in an earlier post. As it's actually the first guitar I recorded yesterday, the owner playfully refers to it as my "first case." The bridge design features an oversized saddle slot to accommodate two saddle height adjustment screws. In this respect, it is similar to both the
Kawai MF-300 and
MF-250. In the video below, the owner shows me the replacement parts he's already purchased, which include a TUSQ nut and saddle, black bridge pins with abalone dots; and a set of Gibson 10 - 47 strings.
